✅ The item must be free from damage caused by improper use.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

3️⃣ Ship the item back to the return address provided.

📌 Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Process

  • Process the refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

📌 Shipping fees are non-refundable.
